- We then analyse the problem with you computer, once we have found the problem(s) you will be contacted with the problem(s) found and the total cost of repair.
- Should you wish to go ahead with the repairs you will be notified once the repairs are completed. If you do not want to go ahead with the repairs for any reason there is no charge*
- We will arrange a day and time that is best for you so that you can collect your PC / Laptop OR we can arrange a day for delivery.
- You will have access to free remote support for 1 week following the date of repair to ensure that you are happy with the service.
