If your business needs computer support PCT can provide remote maintenance contracts that have a number of benefits such as:

•  Low costs especially when compared to onsite maintenance contracts.
•  Quick and easy to request and obtain support.
•  On demand support and scheduled support.

How Remote Maintenance Works

PCT will install a small peice of software on your computer / laptop. Once you encounter a problem simply call for urgent issues or email for non-urgent issues stating the problem. PCT will then connect directly to your computer using an encrypted connection (to ensure your privacy) and share control of your computer. This allows us to see your screen and operate your computer as if we were sitting in front of it. It really is that simple!

What's Covered & How Much Does It Cost

You get unlimited support requests, and this can be anything computer related. All remote support customers will also gain discounts on our onsite call outs if needed.

The cost is set at a fixed rate based on the number of computers within your companies office to be covered.

1 Computer - £20 per month
Every additional Computer - £10 per month
